We are thrilled to invite you to our Annual Gala. On this special night, we gather as a community of parents, educators, and friends to celebrate the power of Amistad and the bright future we’re building for our children.

  • Eat: Dinner prepared by local restaurants and chefs from across the Latin American diaspora.
  • Drink: Locally sourced wine and signature cocktails.
  • Dance: Exciting performances and music that will keep you dancing all night long.
  • Win: Buy raffle tickets throughout the night and win surprise gifts.
  • Give: Bid on exclusive items from local vendors, vacations, and other unique experiences. Raise your paddle and help build our scholarship fund.
  • Be Inspired: Hear from Amistad alums, parents, and community leaders about Amistad's impact and future.

Seattle Amistad School is on a mission to provide a nurturing, inclusive, and bilingual educational environment where every child can thrive. With a focus on academic excellence and cultural enrichment, we empower students to become compassionate, confident, and interwoven with the joy, excellence, and liberation of Black, brown, and Indigenous communities/peoples around the world. Amistad provides over $500,000 a year in scholarships. Your ticket purchase and participation at the Gala will help build our scholarship fund, making Amistad accessible to more students and families.

¡Nos emociona mucho invitarles a nuestra Gala Anual! En esta noche especial, nos reunimos como una comunidad de familias, educadores y amigxs para celebrar el poder de Amistad y el brillante futuro que estamos construyendo para nuestros hijxs. 

Qué Encontrarás

  • Comida: Cena preparada por restaurantes locales y chefs de diferentes lugares de la diáspora latinoamericana.
  • Bebidas: Vinos de la región y cócteles
  • Baile: Presentaciones emocionantes y música que te hará bailar toda la noche
  • Premios: Durante toda la noche podrás comprar boletos para rifas y ganar premios sorpresa
  • Colecta de Fondos: Participa en la subasta de artículos exclusivos de vendedores locales, vacaciones, y otras experiencias únicas para apoyar la recaudación de fondos para becas
  • Inspiración: Estudiantes graduados de Amistad, miembros de familias y líderes de la comunidad compartirán sus testimonios acerca del impacto de Amistad en sus vidas y el futuro de la escuela.

Seattle Amistad School tiene la misión de brindar un entorno educativo de cuidado, inclusivo y bilingüe en el que todos lxs niñxs puedan florecer. Al desarrollar una base académica sólida que fomenta la curiosidad, el crecimiento emocional, los estudiantes de Amistad cultivan el amor por el aprendizaje mientras honran las raíces culturales de nuestra comunidad. Creemos que Amistad puede ser un espacio para que los estudiantes conecten con su poder y sean personas compasivas, seguras de sí mismas y entretejidas con la alegría, la excelencia y la liberación de las comunidades negras y morenas, y los pueblos indígenas de todo el mundo.

Amistad ofrece más de $500,000 al año en becas. La compra de boletos y la participación en la Gala ayudarán a financiar nuestro fondo de becas, haciendo que Amistad sea accesible a más estudiantes y familias.
